🔄 Returns & Refund Policy – Baba Nunu

At Baba Nunu, we want you and your little one to love every purchase 🤍
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • The item is in its original condition
  • All tags are still attached and not removed

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if the tag has been removed or if the item shows signs of use.

⏱ Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

🚚 Free Returns

We offer free returns for eligible items.
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange collection or provide return instructions.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval status
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items with removed tags
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items returned after the 7-day return period

📫 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
